The Republican Party of Kansas has endorsed Senator Pat Roberts. I spent $1,451.00 to be on the ballot to give smokers, fat people, etc. a voice. A lot of money? Shoot, Federal and State governments steal and/or extort that much from the average smoker each year. At the very least someone should try to represent them in Congress, considering everything they pay for. I do not want any contributions, the ultimate campaign finance reform. I do not intend to spend any money or go traveling around the State. I do not have an organization, a committee, or a treasurer. I do have seven designated slappers, five Democrats and two Republicans. I will answer any questions or do interviews.

Why bother? Isn't it kind of foolish? Yep, but I am sick and tired of being treated like some kind of nincompoop. I am tired of being lied to. I am tired of Federal Legislators sticking their noses in things that are none of their business and besmirching members of my family and friends. The ways I have to protest are to write editorials or pay for ads or run for an office. Paying the filing fee for ballot access is cheaper than paying for an ad.

The purpose of the campaign is to send a message to Senator Roberts. The groups I am targeting are; smokers, fat folk, meat eaters, fur wearers, gun owners, farmers, and any other bunch that has been marked by gangs of ANTI-FREEDOM lifestyle hucksters spewing their lies and hatred, endorsed and supported by our government, for taxation and condemnation. The people in government think they are our masters and they are making us slaves to their every whim. I think Senator Roberts is a good man but he may have been too long in the service of his country. His thinking has been co-opted by the folks he lives and works with, i.e. the people in Washington, D.C. If we don't send him the message to at least try to stop the government then soon many of us will be criminals where none existed before. I want him to know that the government scares me. I fear that someday the government will squash me like a bug.

George Bush and John Ashcroft and others are continuing the relentless creation of a system of mandatory servitude and mandatory health. Government supplementation of charity is just one step away from forced charity. That's not charity that's BS. The glassy eyed stare of the government employee telling us how great it is to be charitable and that we too should be charitable or suffer the consequences is not far fetched. Many conservatives believe that the current elected Republican officials are on the conservative, right side, but they have made so many right turns they are going left. Many are zealots and woe to those who get in their way.

If you are a Republican then you have to ask yourself what has changed. The answer is nothing. The budget is larger than ever. The IRS is more complex. The Department of Education with its indoctrination policy for our youth has grown. Some claim that Welfare costs have been reduced, baloney, they just moved the costs to another segment of government. The whole thing is bull. The march toward slavery continues.

QUALIFICATIONS

The Constitution requires that an U.S. Senate candidate for Kansas must have attained the age of 30, be a citizen of the U.S. for nine years, and an inhabitant of the State of Kansas.

I am over 30 and a lifelong inhabitant of the State of Kansas. Born in Wichita, Kansas.

I can read, though that is not a requirement to be a member of the U.S. Senate. Example: The first amendment to the constitution says: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for redress of grievances." NO LAW ,that's pretty clear, shall abridge the freedom of speech. Campaign Finance Reform, phooey.

My campaign slogan is "BITE ME!!!!!".

So you don't like me because I'm fat and you say that I am a burden on society. You claim that chocolate and potato chips are poisonous and cause cancer. You contend that my food portions are too large and the content is not nutritious. Also, you think that I should pay punitive taxes on soda pop and other items. BITE ME!!!!!

So you don't like me because I own a gun and warrant that I shouldn't have one. BITE ME!!!!!

So you don't like me because I drink beer or Rye Whiskey. BITE ME!!!!!

So you don't like me because I eat meat and you assert that it clogs my arteries thus making me a burden on society. BITE ME!!!!

So you don't like me because I smoke thus I am a burden on society and you think I should pay punitive taxes to build roads and educate the children. BITE ME!!!!!

So you don't like me because I hunt and claim that I am barbaric. BITE ME!!!!!

So you don't like me because I drive a SUV alleging that I am polluting the planet and wasting resources. BITE ME!!!!!

So you don't like me because I do not conform to your image. BITE ME!!!!!

So you just plain don't like many of us and think we should pay punitive taxes and our conduct forbidden because we are burdens on society. BITE ME!!!!! WE ARE THE SOCIETY! And, I for one will not sit by and say, yes master may I wipe the spit from your chin.

The people mentioned above, and others, are innocent of any wrongdoing. But, But we are just trying to promote the GENERAL WELFARE. BS! Illustrating the surfeit, lying, and punitive taxation does not promote the general welfare. The truth is the folks attacking us don't like themselves and that truly saddens me. There can be no other reason. Well, the billions of dollars they steal through taxation and extortion could be a reason too.

If you relate to any of the above or others not mentioned then know that there is no one representing you in the U.S. Senate. The above will be consigned to paying higher taxes and suffering the slings and arrows of numerous hate groups funded by our government. To those groups I say BITE ME!!!! To the government I say BITE ME!!!! I am sick and tired of you claiming our conduct is a burden on society and then stealing our money via punitive taxation and extortion to pay for roads, education, etc. I am sick and tired of your lies and innuendoes.

There is a Jewish saying that "Jews are responsible for one another". I have a broader view. We are responsible for each other. The attacks on one group of the above is an attack on all. If you attack fat people it is an attack on gun owners. If you attack smokers it is an attack on SUV drivers and so on. We are America and we must defend and support but not necessarily embrace one another or all is lost. Consider carefully before you cast your vote for me. If you like your steaks but hate smokers, tough. We're in this together. If you like your chocolate but hate gun owners, tough. We're in this together. A lying, thieving, cheating bunch of Anti Freedom cowards has attacked each of us. We have to stand together if we hope to save Freedom and Truth. So suck it up or don't vote for me.

The language of hate is spoken by each of the groups that want us to conduct our lives as they dictate. There are no new words. They allege it isn't healthy or it's for the greater good. Again I say BITE ME!!!! They say these misfits are costing us a fortune in health care. I say it ain't so and am all for a user pays tax system for health care. My favorite diatribe is "It causes premature death". What is premature death? Almost everyone dies prematurely? I have asked countless people, including reporters and legislators, to put an age on premature death. No response! I have no barriers and gladly accept anyone who treats me with dignity and respect. I do not need or want criticism. I was raised to respect people not criticize them.

Note: I have no objection to people sitting atop the Empire State Building shouting their lungs out for their causes. I do object to their use of tax dollars and laws in their salacious attempt to force people to conform and obey. I do object to their use of tax dollars and extorted dollars to promote their agendas through advertisements. What service or product are they selling? They are promoting family discord and building a base of hate towards the groups they attack.

Education and children is an oxymoron. If I hear one more time that this is for the children I will scream profanities. This isn't education it's indoctrination. People in our government have an image of what we should be. Adults are too old to brainwash so they are indoctrinating the children. You see they think you are too stupid to raise your own children correctly so they are doing it for you. Folks, if you want to have the government raise your children I will be more than happy to send you Ted Kennedy's and Hilary Clinton's addresses. If you really want to help children then make it possible for parents to raise their children. It's real easy - Reduce taxes and get the government out of the child rearing business.

Punitive taxes are un-American, immoral, and in my opinion illegal.

I do have redeeming qualities for those on the Democrat side of politics. I am almost an environmental wacko but believe that there can be a beneficial blend between capitalism and environmentalism to solve the problems. I would like to find a safe way to eliminate land mines from areas not in dispute. I have a different view on most Democrat issues. I don't believe laws and taxes are required to solve most problems. Example: If I see some litter on the ground I bend down and pick it up, good exercise. If a person is down you help them up. Laws and taxes will not help. All they do is bring many people down and keep many more at current levels. They do not elevate. Laws and taxes are millstones. I believe in people. They will do the right thing 99.9% of the time.

ADDENDUM

I chose not to campaign on conventional issues or what the media wanted. My Money! My Issues! There were plenty of issues I could have taken up. The guy only shows up in the State during election time, not even sure that he has a residence here other than a P.O. Box. The Freedom to Farm has become a disaster. I endorsed it, thought it would work. I didn't realize that subsequent legislation would mess it up. Homeland Security is going to be just another big government boondoggle that will grow and grow. It is starting out with 170,000 government employees. Can you imagine how big it will be in a decade? Oops there go some more Freedoms. It is the Senate's responsibility to negotiate trade agreements not the President's. No on Fast Track. And so on. Would it make a difference?

On the way to my farm there is a sign at the corner of Santa Fe Lake Road and Kellogg that says, "Kissing a Smoker is Like Licking an Ashtray". I almost cry every time I drive by. I think of all the pain it would have caused my 97 year old great grandmother to see that. She smoked and was fat. I see the pain in many older people as they are being castigated because some jackass doesn't approve. I see the pain in parents' faces when their kids come home from school telling them that they are addicts or alcoholics because they smoke or drink beer. I see the pain in a father's face when his child tells him that owning a gun is bad and that hunting is bad. He has done nothing wrong yet his child is chiding him. These anti Freedom people have caused a lot of pain. I figure that if the government can take away the freedoms of some they can take it away from all of us. And, they are slowly doing it. Many of things I mention I don't do. Does that mean that others shouldn't? ? What kind of thinking is that? If you want to live in a country inhabited by a herd of sheep shepherded by government officials then you may get your wish.
