The socialist ambitions can be achieved either by revolution/violence or by taxation and regulating industries. Most scholars believe that socialism can be achieved if the government controls 53% of the economy.

There are several schools of socialism. The best known is Marxism, Communist Russia. This system advocates using force to obtain its socialist goals. A lesser known school called Fabianism is the kind that is permeating America. Fabianism has the same goals as Marxism, Communism, except that they believe they can achieve the socialist goals through the use of words and propaganda as opposed to revolution and violence. Communism, Marxism, Socialism, and Fabianism are synonyms, different words that mean the same thing.

The Fabian Society was founded in 1884. It was originally an English socialist educational organization affiliated with the British Labour Party. H.G. Wells and George Bernard Shaw were outspoken Fabians. Since the 1940's many in this country have adopted the goals of the Fabians.

One tactic of the Fabians is to make the government appear as a parent that wants to take care of us, taxes for social programs, but unlike a parent they do not want us to grow up. "For their happiness such a government willingly labors, but it chooses to be the sole agent and the only arbiter of that happiness; it provides for their security, foresees and supplies their necessities, facilitates their pleasures, manages their principal concerns, directs their industry, regulates the descent of property, and subdivides their inheritances; what remains, but to spare them all care of thinking and all the trouble of living?" Alexis de Tocqueville.

Another commonly used tactic of the Fabians is to attempt to nationalize, put under government control, various industries. This tactic was very successful in England and had it not been for Margaret Thatcher and others England would now be a Socialist, Communist, country.

In America we are experiencing an attempt by the Socialist in our government to demonize some industries and then pass legislation to give the government control of those industries. In the past few years this effort has intensified; the Health Care Industry, the Medical Profession, the Pharmaceutical Companies, the Auto Industry, the Tobacco Companies, the Timber Companies, the Movie Industry, the Communication Companies, etc. This is no accident. Through the use of propaganda and outrageous lies Socialist are attempting to gain control of America via taxes and by governing its companies and industries.
