Undecided. Quandry. I do not think it is a legislator's business to interfere in lifestyle choices. I am opposed to a State promotion of gambling so that it can reap monies from punitive taxation.

- In 2002, the Kansas house passed HB 2736 which would have banned all human cloning including so-called "therapeutic cloning." Do you support/oppose that legislation?
Undecided. I do not want to slam the door closed on possibilities as long as they do not involve the creation of a life.
- What is your position on allowing homosexuals to adopt children?
Oppose. There is a reason why. It is called common sense, unwritten laws that have developed over the millennia. It doesn't work.

Oppose. Is there no limit to the amount of money that can be spent on education? It's not education. It's indoctrination.
- The 9th District U.S. Court of Appeals recently ruled that the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional because it contains the words "under God", thereby, in the court's opinion, violating the separation of church and state. Do you support or oppose the court's decision?
Support. The court's decision was valid according to the construed interpretation of the Constitution that we have been subjected to over the past 60 years. I understand those that want the phrase eliminated. But, it does no harm and the decision will be overturned, I hope. If it stands then what are we to do with our money?
- Recently, there have been efforts nationwide to remove the Ten Commandments from public buildings and grounds. Do you support or oppose displaying the Ten Commandments in public facilities?
