ABORTION

The human mind is amazing. It can rationalize just about anything. A human fertilized egg is a human being in process, a process that may last one day or 120 years. Many of us have rationalized that a human embryo or fetus is something other than a human being in process. It is not a giraffe nor a goat in process. Abortion is wrong!

There are many who do not understand what abortion really is, and they have justified it in their mind. An American Inquisition, numerous laws hastily contrived and backed by self-righteousness or a Constitutional Amendment, will not bring about the respect and reverence for life that we should have. "The more restrictions you place on people the less virtuous they become."

The Government should not fund abortions. Government funding of Family Planning, an excellent oxymoron Government Family Planning, violates the Constitution. Counseling is better and more caring if given by Church clergy and other private charitable institutions. In the State of Kansas we have an excellent organization that can lend assistance and guidance, "Kansans For Life".
