An 1819 Whitley County Deed indicates that Reuben Worley is the son of Wiley and Dorcas Worley. The Deed stated that: "Dorcas Worley and Reuben Worley her son" sell to John Hays 50 acres on Youngs Creek.

Otherwise, the family of Reuben Worley is about as mysterious as the family of Wiley and Dorcas. No marriage license has been found for Reuben Worley and Mary Taylor. Their marriage bond lists 29 Aug and no year. The names of their children change from Census to Census.

Reuben Worley- age 50, b. [1810]; farmer; $100PP
Mary- f; age 45, b. [1815]
Gemima- f; age 14, b. [1846] [Same as Martha in 1850 Census?]
