Wayne County, KY		 The Gholson family married into several familiar families: Chrisman, Stephens, Hayden and Taul. Samuel Gholson was a companion of Charles S. Cocke and was a co-defendant in the rape trial. Bartholomew Hayden participated in several transactions with Jester Cocke.
